LONDON - The 2015 Sunday Times Top 100 Midsized Companies to Work For has ranked Peter Brett Associates LLP (PBA) as one of only two firms to feature on the list from the development and infrastructure sector.
Employee responses have earned PBA 85th place in the list, which acknowledges corporate excellence in workplace engagement. Employees completed the survey in November 2014, where attitudes were assessed across eight key factors.
Following on from a ‘very good’ 1 star accreditation last year, PBA again achieved the prestigious rating after 70% of employees took part in a confidential survey designed to measure employee engagement.
PBA, which grew its workforce by 31% in 2014, is pleased that results show positive growth against last year’s figures with employees reporting that the job is good for their own personal growth (an 83% positive score) and believe that they can make a valuable contribution to the organisation’s success (86%).
Chairman Keith Mitchell, said: “As a growing organisation committed to maintaining our distinct ethos, we know only too well that job satisfaction is a key factor in both retaining top people and attracting new people to join us. This is a fantastic result and one we are proud of.
"We have fantastic people at Peter Brett who are passionate about the work they do and the clients they work for and this is reflected in their feedback survey. To achieve this accolade the second year running is a great endorsement for the amount of work we do to develop and grow our teams.”
