Gary joined PBA in 1995, and has a broad knowledge base in the field of transport planning, ranging from Transport Assessments, junction and network modelling and planning issues.
He has considerable expertise in the use of modelling software and techniques utilising a number of software packages. Gary has gained extensive experience in the production of travel assessments for varying types and scale of development. This includes developments of single units ranging up to strategic mixed land use developments such as those within Kent Thameside. Within this work he has developed sophisticated generation and gravity distribution techniques for assessing development traffic impact.
Gary has a wealth of experience in managing a team and delivering transport related projects against challenging budgets and time scales.
