Paul has over twenty eight years of experience mostly within the minerals or waste industries, including both the public and private sector. Before joining PBA he was Head of Planning and Property at SITA UK, Planning and Estates Manager at MVV and held senior roles with both Mouchel and Grundon.

He has extensive planning and property experience and has specialised in consenting and implementation throughout his career.
