During the 1970's, we were involved in the first major business park scheme in the UK at Aztec West, Bristol, providing structural, civil and traffic engineering advice. Over 25 years later we are still heavily involved.
We have since established ourselves as the consultant of choice for major office and commercial developments, with business parks, headquarter buildings, town centre developments and urban regeneration schemes reflecting the changes in national policy and market demand over the course of the last three decades.
Our portfolio of projects includes HQ buildings for Microsoft, TVAM, Conoco, and Slough Estates, which all won design awards. Long term projects are illustrated by GreenPark, Thames Valley Park, Kings Hill, Solent Business Park, Swan Valley, Capability Green, Brandenburg Park, Königs Park, Luha International fashion city in Taicang and Lewisham Gateway.
At 68 King William Street London, an intermediate floor was added whilst retaining the Portland stone frontage and dismantling and rebuilding the cupola at a higher level.
