Our extensive experience in large development projects has given us the opportunity to be involved in a wide spectrum of leisure projects including Eastern Quarry (with 7,500 and 280,000 square metres of communal and leisure space respectively) through to major resorts for example in Mauritius, Morocco and Sardinia.
Projects of this nature have extended from feasibility, concept design stage, through to planning, tender and supervision, hence providing a comprehensive service. Our portfolio of experience includes: a theme park for Warner Bros, Olympic standard rowing lakes, resorts and hotels, commercial leisure, leisure and sports centres, country and water parks, musea, TV studios and ancient monuments.
Examples of resorts and hotels include: redevelopment of Porte Cervo, four star international hotels in Jersey and Alton Towers, high quality hotels with prestigious villas, restaurants, golf courses and marinas in three locations in Mauritius. Examples of commercial leisure schemes include complexes at Medway Valley Park, Kent and Dreilinden, Berlin.
A wide spectrum of accessibility studies have also been undertaken for various leisure facilities including: Windsor Leisure Centre, LRT Park and Ride Study, MGM Casino at Merry Hill, Legoland, Windsor and Valley Leisure in Croydon.
