We provide a wide ranging service to the residential sector, including the areas of new build, urban regeneration and refurbishment.
In new build schemes experience varies from small scale projects through to larger scale mixed use developments including up to 10,000 dwelling units. We are increasingly involved in the pre planning site feasibility work, with transport, engineering and environmental input. We support schemes through the various stages of planning including providing expert witnesses and public consultation and then through detailed design and construction phases. Eastern Quarry in Kent, Ebbsfleet at Dartford, North Field at Bristol, Barking Reach, London and Hampton at Peterborough are examples of our larger scale projects. Urban regeneration projects include Paddington Basin with its 25 story residential towers and Lewisham Gateway.
