Building Services
We offer the traditional building services of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering as well as a wider range of services including due diligence, acoustics, building physics, refurbishment, and environmental and energy audits (eg. BREEAM).
Our services can be delivered as either single or multiple disciplines, and we regularly work holistically with other professionals such as architects and law firms.
Our M&E group provides advice and design services to a variety of clients from government bodies and construction companies to the Environment Agency, for which we deliver consultancy services to its flood defence, navigation, and water resources groups.
We are also experienced in medical, office and public buildings, leisure facilities, retail and pharmaceutical establishments. The team is also used by contractors seeking expertise to design to performance specifications written by others.
Supported by our utilities team, we also deliver impartial and expert commercial, technical and legislative advice and integrated services for the planning, development, implementation and management of all utility and physical infrastructures.
