Urban Regeneration
The goal of regenerating previously developed land in urban areas – often marginal sites in challenging locations – is one of the main thrusts of current urban policy.
We have a strong record and a broad range of experience in the planning and delivery of urban regeneration projects.
Our approach to problem solving recognises that the solutions to opening up complex urban sites are often neither obvious nor the province of just one discipline or organisation. We strive to ensure that our ideas and expertise is coordinated with the client, relevant stakeholders and other members of the project team so that appropriate deliverable solutions are devised.
We consider it an essential part of our service to consider all aspects of a project and present ideas which deliver a quality environment and add value for both the client and stakeholders. We provide advice at all stages of a project: from feasibility and preliminary costings, to the development of regeneration frameworks, consultation with stakeholders, preparation of planning applications, and the engineering design of buildings and the built environment.
