Planning
PBA has extensive experience in route-proving for new and diverted grid-connections and general utility supplies, particularly those which present challenging topography or land ownership issues. We provide technical services for the environmental, logistical and planning issues associated with the provision of new electricity and heat generating facilities such as waste to energy plants, district heating schemes and large scale wind turbines.
Our capability includes planning, with the ability to negotiate and produce scoping opinions; provide technical expertise associated with Environmental, Traffic, Social and Health Impact Assessments, Sustainability Statements; and oversee the production of Environmental Statements.
We are experienced in completing Local Planning Authority Sustainability checklists and have in-house CEEQUAL, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes assessors who advise our clients on how to reach specified ratings and levels using these assessment tools
