Waste Management
We provide waste management services to a range of clients including waste management contractors, local authorities, developers and the nuclear industry, with an extensive portfolio of planning, repair, maintenance and monitoring projects.
Our waste management group centres on a core of highly-qualified professionals with backgrounds in engineering, environmental, geological, scientific, operational and planning. It is our rare ability to draw on a broad range and depth of experience – from large scale civic amenity and urban developments to specific energy-from-waste projects – which distinguishes our scientists and engineers.
Capable of progressing site development from initial identification all the way through to operation and restoration/aftercare, or merging into the client’s team to provide authoritative advice in key areas, the group can tailor a solution that fits with the client’s specific requirement.
We carry out strategic studies for waste authorities through due diligence for operators to landfill design/PPC and closure applications. For developers, local authorities and operators we also produce waste minimisation policies and waste plans for demolition, as well as contaminated land and asbestos studies.
