Health & Safety, CDM Coordinator Services

More stringent CDM Regulation have placed greater legal responsibility on client, meaning competent, registered CDM coordinators must be engaged before any significant design begins.

We only use Rmaps CDM coordinators to supervise our projects, supported by a multi-disciplinary team of engineers. Our CDM coordinator services coordinate all aspects of project design, from concept and detail to construction.

Our in-house CDM Coordinators have the range of proven skills to provide our public and private sector clients with a comprehensive health & safety and cdm coordinator service, from strategic advice to asbestos management plans for individual sites.

Our team have undertaken some 2000 projects, ensuring that construction and long-term maintenance safety issues are efficiently and effectively addressed throughout the design and construction phases of construction contracts. Our CDM Coordinator services portfolio also includes small upgrades to major refurbishments and new build for buildings, river works, motorways, mineral workings and utilities.

Each of our CDM Coordinators and health and safety professionals has more than 15 years experience within the safety sectors. This experience, when combined with their health and safety training, enables them to give sound practical advice and suggest suitable solutions to clients needing a team with a proven track record of providing health and safety or CDM coordinator services.

We have corporate membership of the British Safety council, corporate and individual memberships of the Association for Project Safety and individual memberships of IOSH and RoSPA. Some staff have also attained Asbestos Proficiency Certificates P405 or P402.

PBA is accredited in the Contractor’s Health and Safety Assessment Scheme.
