Britain is facing a national housing shortage–and with restrictions on rural and greenfield land use, there is a constant need for suitable brownfield and industrial sites that can be transformed into urban oases, with integrated homes, offices, leisure, and transport facilities.

We provide multidisciplinary services to devise new masterplans for inner city regeneration, taking these through to phased construction and handover. We engineer office refurbishment, converting low-value assets into modern high-value space that competes with new buildings, but with the advantage that planning and delivery can be achieved in half the time, addressing the market for investors who need timely conversion of cash to rentable property.
