ComCity is an office park offering a new concept to the Russian real estate market – a city in a city. It’s made up of a complex of office buildings with an underground shopping mall. The project is divided into three phases and totals 400,000 sqm in size.

PBA International was responsible for the design of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and sprinklers, as well as electrical and plumbing systems on the first phase of the project, which completed in 2014.
